 Displayed capacity and Standard capacity:

Flash memory vendors use decimal arithmetic (1GB = 1000MB), while operating systems use binary arithmetic (1GB = 1024MB). This difference leads to the displayed capacity being about 90% of the nominal (advertised) capacity. Here is a breakdown of displayed capacities for various nominal sizes:

• 16GB is displayed as approximately 14.4GB
• 32GB is displayed as approximately 28.8GB
• 64GB is displayed as approximately 57.6GB
• 128GB is displayed as approximately 115.2GB
• 256GB is displayed as approximately 230.4GB

Actual Speed# Standard Speed

The Standard speed is the testing speed by internal host computer, which is the most ideal peak value. When using it, the speed will be affected by external factors, such as the operating environment (device configuration/operating system/device interface type), the type and size of transfer file, and the size of transfer file and so on. Therefore, the working speed is lower than Standard speed; please refer to the real working speed.

Product Temperature Issue

There will be current flowing through the USB flash drive during data transfer which causes the USB flash drive to heat up. The amount of heat generated varies with the length of time of use. The maximum temperature that the chip of the USB flash drive can withstand is around 75 degrees Celsius. Under normal circumstance, it cannot reach this high temperature in normal using so no need to worry about the problem that the USB flash drive is burned. USB flash drive heating phenomenon is a normal situation, there is no quality problem, please feel free to use it.

Over 4GB Size File Copy

Normally, the operating system uses FAT32 format by default, this format requires that the maximum single file cannot exceed 4GB. If need to upload a single file over 4GB, like the high-definition video, please change to the exFAT format by yourself, or let us know before order confirmed. (Make sure you have made a backup of your files before formatting.)

Note: please format WIN7 and the above operating systems.

Regularly backing up data from your SD card to a secondary system is a smart way to prevent data loss. To make it easier, you could automate this process using backup software, or manually copy the data from sd card to your device .
